Avalon, New Jersey
is a small beach community located at the northern end of Seven Mile Island. The community extends nearly one mile further out to sea than any of the other neighboring seaside resort towns, where it is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Delaware Bay on the other. Beachfront condos and apartments, summer rental homes and cottages, single-family homes and luxurious oceanfront properties are all a possibility in the town of Avalon – although rentals of beach homes dominates the real estate market.
